This page explains how users of the FaceMixer Android app can request deletion of their account and associated data stored on our servers.
FaceMixer is developed and published by cLqzf. If you no longer wish to use FaceMixer, you may request account deletion using the steps below.
How to Request Account Deletion
Follow these steps to submit an account deletion request:
- Open the FaceMixer app on your Android device.
- Go to Settings (gear icon) and tap Contact Us or Support. Your User ID is included in the pre-filled email body.
- Send an email to support@facemixerapp.com with the subject line "FaceMixer Account Deletion Request" and include your User ID in the message.
- We will verify your request and process account deletion within 30 days. You will receive a confirmation email once deletion is complete.
What Data Will Be Deleted
When your account deletion request is processed, we will permanently delete the following server-side data associated with your account:
- Account identifier (User ID, device-linked account record)
- Profile information (nickname, avatar URL if linked)
- Credit balance and credit transaction history tied to your account
- Subscription entitlement records linked to your account on our servers
- Device binding information (device ID, device name, device type)
- OAuth account bindings (Google, Facebook, or other linked accounts, if any)
Local data on your device — including photos, videos, avatars, creation history, and saved works — is stored locally and is not uploaded to our servers. To remove this data, delete content through in-app features or uninstall the FaceMixer app from your device.
What Data May Be Retained
Certain data may be retained for legal, security, or operational reasons even after account deletion:

Important Notes
Account deletion is permanent. Once processed, your account, credits, and server-side entitlements cannot be recovered.
- Active Google Play subscriptions are managed through Google Play. Cancel your subscription in Google Play Subscriptions before or after requesting account deletion to avoid future charges.
- If you reinstall FaceMixer after deletion, a new anonymous account will be created. Previous credits and entitlements will not be restored.
