Welcome to FaceMixer ("the App" or "we"). FaceMixer is a local AI face swap creation tool for Android that lets you swap faces in photos and videos, including multi-face and template-based creations.

• Face and Media Data (Processed Locally): Photos and videos you select from your device; face detection and swap processing data derived from your selected media; avatar images stored in your local face library. This data is used solely to perform face swap operations on your device and is not uploaded to our servers for processing unless explicitly stated in a future feature with your consent.
• Locally Stored Content: Your creation history, saved works, avatar library, model files, and app preferences are stored on your device. You can delete this data through in-app features or by uninstalling the App.
• Account Information: If you use our anonymous or linked account features, we may collect a device-linked user identifier, credit balance, subscription status, and related account metadata necessary to provide entitlements and support.
• Device and Log Information: Device model, OS version, app version, language settings, network status, crash logs, and performance data to ensure service stability, diagnose issues, and improve user experience.
• Subscription and Transaction Information: Purchases are processed by Google Play. We may receive transaction status, subscription type, expiration date, and purchase tokens for entitlement verification, but we do not directly collect or store your full payment card details.
• Permissions: The App may request the following permissions:
  • Camera: to capture photos for face swap;
  • Photos/Media/Storage: to read and save your photos and videos;
  • Network: for template downloads, model updates, account sync, subscription verification, and remote configuration;
  • Notifications (optional): for download progress, processing status, or service-related alerts.

You can manage these permissions in your device settings at any time. Denying permissions may limit certain features.

We use collected information to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve photo, video, multi-face, and template-based face swap features;
• Perform local face detection, NSFW screening, and AI face swap processing on your device;
• Manage your avatar library, creation history, and saved works locally;
• Deliver templates and AI models from our CDN;
• Process subscription status, verify paid entitlements, manage credits, and provide customer support;
• Conduct anonymous or aggregated analytics to improve product performance;
• Detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, security, or technical issues;
• Comply with applicable legal requirements.

6. Face Data and Biometric Information

FaceMixer processes facial features from images and videos you choose in order to perform face swap. Before processing, the App presents a clear notice that face data will be used for the current creation task.

• Face data is processed locally on your device for swap operations;
• We do not use your face data to identify you across services or build biometric profiles for unrelated purposes;
• Face data is not sold to third parties;
• You may delete locally stored avatars and works at any time through the App or by uninstalling it.

Local NSFW detection may analyze selected images on your device to block prohibited content. Such analysis occurs locally and is not uploaded for this purpose.

7. Third-Party Services

We may integrate the following types of third-party services, each governed by its own privacy policy:

• Google Play: for app distribution, subscriptions, and in-app purchases;
• Analytics and Crash Reporting: for usage statistics, crash monitoring, and stability improvements;
• Content Delivery: for template and model file distribution.

We share only the minimum information necessary with these providers and require appropriate security measures where applicable.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not upload your personal photos, videos, or face swap results to our servers for processing. We may share or disclose information only when:

Local data: Photos, videos, avatars, creation history, and saved works stored on your device can be deleted through in-app features or by uninstalling the App.

Account data: If you have an account, you may request account deletion through the App settings or our account deletion page. Upon deletion, we will remove your account identifier, credit balance, order display data, and server-side binding records within a reasonable timeframe, subject to legal retention requirements.

Server logs: Device, crash, and transaction records may be retained for a limited period for security, fraud prevention, and financial compliance.

• Access, correct, or delete your personal information;
